Business Process Improvement Architect - Planning

As a Business Process Improvement Architect in Planning, you will lead efforts to enhance organizational productivity and engagement through Business Process Methodologies. You will be part of the Business Process Architecture team within the Merchandising Product Management Organization, focusing on designing and documenting processes to implement strategies and improve efficiency.

• Design and document processes to implement strategies and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to review strategies and communicate impacts and risks.
• Capture user pain points and decisions for future enhancements.
• Act as a liaison between business leadership, product managers, and technology teams.
• Lead process design to develop business solutions combining business processes, technology options, and improvement techniques.
• Manage complexity by identifying areas for discovery and risks within processes.
• Evaluate technology updates within the context of business processes.
• Communicate with Technology groups to capture requirements for technology solutions.
• Review and evaluate impacts within the capability roadmap.

• 4+ years of experience with comprehensive knowledge of the retail business landscape.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to drive change in a complex environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organization levels.
• Lean Certification from an accredited organization preferred.
