The busser is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dining area while supporting service staff and kitchen operations. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency in clearing and bussing tables, and flexibility to support various restaurant tasks as business needs change.

Responsibilities

• Quickly and efficiently clear restaurant tables
• Carry large loads of dishes to kitchen for washing
• Support setup and cleanup of dining areas
• Assist with food prep work as needed
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and cleaning tasks
• Maintain cleanliness of service stations and work areas
• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in food service or hospitality preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule with varying hours
• Food handler's card where required by local and state regulations
