Summary

Provide efficient bussing and support to ensure a clean and welcoming dining environment. Perform table clearing, dish transport, and assist with setup, cleanup, prep work and equipment maintenance while maintaining professional communication with guests and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Quickly and efficiently clear restaurant tables
• Carry large loads of dishes to kitchen for washing
• Support setup and cleanup of dining and service areas
• Assist with food prep tasks as needed
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and cleaning duties
• Maintain clear and professional communication with coworkers and guests
• Work a flexible schedule to meet business needs

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in food service or hospitality preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Comfort working in a fast paced environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
• Food handler card where required by local or state regulations
