Summary
Provide operational support to the boutique by overseeing an efficient stockroom and accurate inventory, supporting management with day to day operations, troubleshooting operational service facilities and compliance issues, and promoting a branded luxury client experience.
Responsibilities
- Execute shipping and receiving processes and report issues to Store Director or Operations Manager
- Ensure timely movement of merchandise including transfers, RTVs, and damages
- Assist management in identifying and resolving operational process problems
- Maintain clear and accurate operations documents and procedures
- Submit 8300 and tax exempt forms as received
- Communicate discrepancies and issues immediately to management
- Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines
- Support physical maintenance of the boutique and place orders for supplies
- Ensure compliance with company standards procedures and security guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of administrative or stock experience preferably in a luxury environment
- Experience with internal retail systems and shipping software
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Ability to meet physical requirements including climbing bending and lifting boxes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- Authorized to work in the United States
