Responsibilities- Support department management with daily activities and projects.
- Analyze business trends, including category performance and regional selling.
- Recommend strategies based on location performance, seasonality, and style.
- Collaborate with field teams and merchants to determine optimal inventory levels.
- Partner with production team regarding ship status, shortages, and overages.
- Manage store allocations and in-season store transfers based on trends and data.
- Enter and adjust sales orders in Full Circle.
- Allocate Pre-Books, weekly replenishments, and send pick tickets.
- Issue RAs and manage RTW process.
- Communicate store-to-store transfers and RTW to stores.
- Attend weekly business meetings and contribute value-added insights.
Requirements- Minimum of 2 years industry experience.
- Ability to complete tasks timely with strong time management skills.
- Adaptability to changing environments and handling multiple priorities.
- Organized with attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
- Experience with Full Circle.
- Excellent writing and analytical skills.
- Strong critical thinking and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
