Job Description

Summary

As a CRM Coordinator, you will support CRM strategies by assisting the Manager and Director within the department. You will manage and enhance customer relationships through data quality management, targeted communications, and client reporting, collaborating with various teams to develop and execute client outreach strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize in-house tools to manage CRM database integrity and accuracy.
  • Manage Client Inquiries and One Trust email accounts, ensuring timely responses.
  • Assist with client segmentation roll-out in stores and in-store clienteling tools.
  • Collaborate with Paris counterparts to develop e-blasts for local animations.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Paris and the stores for client communication initiatives.
  • Support the CRM manager in generating client lists for local animations.
  • Provide updates to Manager and Director on delegated tasks.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to investigate, analyze, and compile information and data.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and be flexible in high-stress situations.
  • Resourceful problem-solver and self-starter.
  • Strong work ethic and team player.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.
