Job Description

Summary

As a CRM/VIC Intern for Summer 2025 at Loro Piana in New York, you will support the VIC and CRM departments in creating and monitoring multi-channel customer outreach programs. You will participate in the organization and rollout of VIC events, assisting retail teams in achieving global VIC and CRM priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Support the identification of guests and VICs for targeted initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing and executing VIC initiatives and events.
  • Build key CRM reports to gather insights and monitor retail performance.
  • Support acquisition and retention strategies to expand the client database.
  • Assist with store trainings on CRM and VIC topics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or in progress) in quantitative fields preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of precision.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Curious, self-motivated thinker.
