Cash Operations Administrator - Bergen

As a Cash Operations Administrator at Neiman Marcus in Bergen, you will play a crucial role in supporting sales performance and profitability through effective organization and administrative tasks. You will work on-site and report to the Senior Operations Manager.

• Complete cash and check reconciliation daily.
• Conduct daily sales audits and reconcile cash office profile register drawer.
• Lead and support all bank deposits and banking needs.
• Manage red bags and media handling.
• Complete WHIRL inquiries as assigned.
• Support tax exempts and sales tax record needs.
• Assist in the marketing exceptions process.
• Resolve escalated customer credit inquiries and credit disputes.
• Provide backup to Sales Support Assistant and Service Concierge.

• Prior retail experience recommended.
• Experience in handling money and excellent customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
