Job Description

Summary

The Cashier provides superb customer service to clients in an intimate apparel environment, maintaining high standards and supporting sales floor and client services functions. The role involves processing transactions, managing inquiries, and assisting with events and concierge relationships to ensure an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a consistently excellent level of customer service to all clients
  • Maintain expert knowledge of store and product locations
  • Resolve standard customer service issues within policy
  • Manage incoming inquiries in person, by phone, and by email
  • Respond to internal and external client inquiries within 24 hours
  • Process gift cards for clients
  • Support client services department and act as POS super user
  • Assist with store events including lists, tickets, and RSVPs
  • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and cyber security measures

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Good working knowledge of computer software such as Word Excel and Outlook
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Customer focused with attention to detail
  • Comfort working in a retail sales environment
