Cashier - Maison Madison

Summary

The Cashier supports front-of-house operations at a luxury boutique by processing accurate transactions and assisting with after-sales services. The role works closely with sales and management teams to provide a welcoming and memorable client experience.

Responsibilities

• Process sales, sends, repairs, payments, returns, exchanges, refunds, and tax refunds accurately.
• Reconcile daily transactions and cash balances, support opening and closing procedures, and prepare cashier reports.
• Provide friendly client service, assist with wrapping and packaging, and support the sales team.
• Enter transaction and client information, answer phones, and assist with general store operations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience; luxury experience is preferred.
• Experience with cash handling or point-of-sale systems and strong numerical accuracy.
• Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to handle difficult situations with composure.
