Summary

Cashiers create welcoming customer experiences and provide a smooth, accurate checkout. They process transactions, maintain the cashwrap, and support store operations and sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer inquiries, and share product knowledge.
• Process sales, returns, promotional offers, and ship-to-home orders accurately.
• Maintain customer profiles and accurate salesperson data in the POS system.
• Keep the cashwrap and queue area clean and support visual merchandising standards.
• Complete required training and collaborate with the team to uphold company standards.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and move for multiple hours, and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
