Cashier

Summary

The Cashier provides a welcoming customer experience and ensures accurate, efficient checkout transactions. The role also supports sales, store operations, and the maintenance of Ralph Lauren service and presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer inquiries, and provide product knowledge while supporting cross-selling and upselling.
• Process purchases, returns, promotional offers, and Ship to Home orders accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain customer profiles, capture salesperson data, and handle merchandise professionally.
• Keep the cashwrap and queue area clean, support visual merchandising, and collaborate with the store team.

Requirements

• Retail or similar customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and occasional overnight shifts.
