Cashier - Santa Anita

As a Cashier at the Santa Anita location, you will be a vital part of the team, providing excellent customer service at the point of sale. You will assist customers with sales, returns, and other transactions, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

• Assist customers over the phone and at checkout with sales, returns, and other transactions.
• Maintain a quick, easy, and fun service by understanding customer needs and sharing your passion for fashion.
• Contribute to keeping the department "runway ready" by straightening up, lightly cleaning, and restocking the cash wrap area and sales floor.
• Stay informed about key fashion trends and products to assist customers with purchase decisions.
• Build relationships with customers by informing them about upcoming events, Nordstrom gift cards, and the Nordstrom Rewards program.
• Support other areas of the store, including order fulfillment and order pick-up.
