Summary

Counter Manager responsible for leading the CHANEL Beauty and Fragrance counter at the Pharmaprix in Boucherville. Drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service while supervising and developing the counter team to meet and exceed targets. This is a temporary two-month full-time contract (30 hours/week).

Responsibilities

• Achieve planned beauty and fragrance sales targets and proactively drive promotional and limited-edition item sales.
• Lead, train and motivate the counter team; set daily, weekly and monthly sales objectives and monitor productivity.
• Provide high-level customer consultations to build client loyalty and secure repeat business and bookings.
• Coordinate and execute events and promotions with the territory manager and store team.
• Ensure CHANEL merchandising standards, presentation and hygiene are consistently maintained at the counter.
• Manage counter inventory, monitor stock levels, rotation and product availability.

Requirements

• Temporary two-month contract; full-time, 30 hours per week and ability to work store schedule including events.
• Retail or beauty management experience with proven sales leadership and team development skills.
• Strong customer service, sales-driven mindset and knowledge of beauty and fragrance products preferred.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with store, territory and visual presentation teams; French language required.
