Childrens Brand Ambassador

Summary

The Brand Ambassador provides a personalized, customer-focused shopping experience and supports sales goals in the childrens department. This role contributes to store standards, operations, and an inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and help customers with product knowledge, styling, and fitting room needs.
• Meet individual sales objectives and contribute to store sales plans.
• Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards, support replenishment and floor sets, and complete assigned opening and closing duties.
• Follow company policies and procedures, participate in training, and collaborate with colleagues and management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for business needs, including evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
