Summary
Senior director role leading Customer Insights and Experience for North America marketing, responsible for analytics, CRM technology enablement, and driving a customer first strategy using first party data to inform growth and personalization.
Responsibilities
- Lead analytical projects to generate customer insights informing marketing product and experience strategies
- Develop and maintain segmentation models lifetime value frameworks and predictive analytics
- Create repeatable reporting to track database growth customer acquisition retention and reactivation
- Translate complex data into narratives and strategic recommendations for executive stakeholders
- Oversee CRM roadmap implementation including CDP data clean rooms and clienteling tools
- Enable 1P data integration into marketing and media channels and create audiences in the CDP
- Partner with IT data science legal and marketing to integrate CRM technologies with business processes
- Champion AI driven tools and lead CRM test design and measurement
- Build and mentor a team of analysts strategists and CRM specialists
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in customer insights analytics or CRM strategy with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience leading advanced analytics projects and deploying CRM technologies
- Experience implementing and operating a customer data platform
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication storytelling and project management skills
- Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce Adobe Snowflake
- Hands on experience with data visualization and statistical tools such as Tableau R or Python
