Summary
Lead strategy, planning, and execution of global brand events including fashion shows, campaign launches, and high-profile activations. Serve as central event leader across cross-functional partners to ensure brand-aligned, results-driven experiences and oversee a small events team. Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and travel to support on-site execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic event framework and implement best-in-class planning and measurement across regions.
- Serve as central point for internal event communications and align cross-functional teams.
- Independently plan, produce, and execute image events, store openings, and press events in the U.S.
- Manage event budgets with Finance and Procurement and track actuals.
- Build and maintain vendor network and oversee vendor relationships.
- Lead end-to-end execution of select high-profile and complex events.
- Collect and analyze post-event feedback and measure performance against KPIs.
- Manage and develop two direct reports to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Support day-to-day event operations including timelines and collateral with associate support.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in event production, ideally in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle sectors.
- Established industry network and experience working with high-profile talent and media.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making abilities.
- In-office presence required at least three days per week.
- Flexibility to work outside standard business hours including evenings and weekends.
- Proven ability to manage complex, high-visibility events and multiple stakeholders.
- Experience developing and managing event budgets and vendor contracts.
- Ability to travel as needed for on-site event execution.
