The ideal candidate will embody an avant-garde spirit and demonstrate a modern approach to customer service, balancing exceptionally-crafted ready-to-wear with a complete line of accessories.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of all products in assigned Product category and maintain awareness of all Product categories in Store.
• Manage sales and optimize each step of the sales process, ensuring all clients receive the highest degree of sophistication and enjoyable service possible, and foster the development of loyal shoppers.
• Provide strong customer service skills to ensure courteous and precise customer satisfaction.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Be involved in stock control and management.
• Responsible for processing cash and card payments.
• Work within established brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Sales Associate in the Luxury/Fashion industry is preferred.
• Selling experience in RTW and accessories.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Confident manner, result-oriented, with a positive attitude and reliable behavior.
• Ability to work as part of a boutique's team.
• Knowledge of inventory techniques.
