Client Advisor - 5th Avenue

Summary

The Client Advisor is a brand ambassador who delivers exceptional luxury experiences on the sales floor by welcoming clients, understanding their needs, and building long-term relationships. Reporting to the Client Advisor Manager or Store Manager, the role focuses on personalized clienteling, product expertise, and contributing to individual and store performance goals. The position requires maintaining brand standards across service, merchandising, and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and deliver a consistent, high-quality luxury client experience.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalized service and proactive clienteling using approved tools.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs, including ADT, UPT, conversion, and repurchase rate.
• Accurately process sales transactions, special orders, omnichannel services, repairs, and after-sales requests.
• Support inventory activities, cycle counts, stock organization, and visual merchandising standards.
• Follow company policies, loss prevention protocols, and maintain store organization and professionalism.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset; bilingual/multilingual skills a plus.
• Proven retail sales ability or strong aptitude for meeting sales targets and KPIs.
• Familiarity with clienteling tools, POS systems, and omnichannel retail services.
• Ability to maintain product knowledge, visual standards, and operational procedures.
• Team-oriented, adaptable to changing priorities, and committed to professional grooming and conduct.
