Summary
Performance-driven luxury retail salesperson responsible for achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional client experiences, and developing lasting client relationships. Acts as a brand ambassador, supports boutique operations, leverages omnichannel tools, and contributes to merchandising and store initiatives. Collaborates with colleagues to meet KPIs and maintain store standards.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales on the boutique floor to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through clienteling and outreach.
- Communicate brand story, product features, and technical details to clients.
- Support visual merchandising, window animation, and product presentation.
- Use digital and back office tools for sales and client management.
- Coordinate aftersales operations and follow through until return of product.
- Contribute to daily retail processes including inventory, cash, security, opening and closing.
- Propose ideas to develop sales such as events and merchandising changes.
- Maintain professional grooming and store presentation standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in luxury retail or related environment.
- Knowledge or passion for watches, lifestyle trends, and related technologies.
- Proven selling skills including discovery, presentation, upselling, and closing.
- Understanding of sales KPIs such as traffic, conversion, ASP, and sales mix.
- Familiarity with clienteling and digital retail tools and CRM systems.
- Fluent in English and local language; additional language is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, team oriented, and adaptable to change.
