Summary
The Client Advisor is a passionate brand ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional luxury client experiences at the store, driving sales and client loyalty through personalized service, product knowledge and use of CRM and digital tools. This role requires meeting individual KPIs, supporting store operations and upholding brand standards and grooming. The advisor collaborates with the team to maintain visual merchandising and inventory procedures while fostering a positive customer focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client experience by greeting listening and assisting clients while demonstrating product and brand knowledge
- Proactively seize cross selling opportunities across product categories to maximize sales
- Maintain and develop client relationships using CRM and digital tools to strengthen loyalty
- Engage clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments to support sales
- Meet and exceed individual financial targets and store KPIs
- Support shopfloor standards merchandising stock procedures and store reporting activities
- Participate in clienteling initiatives and departmental customer retention efforts
- Follow company grooming standards policies and visual merchandising guidelines
- Assist with cash activity inventory logistics and other operational tasks as required
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar fashion retail or customer service role
- Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs
- Strong selling communication and objection handling skills
- Client centric approach entrepreneurial spirit and team player mentality
- Interest in luxury fashion knowledge of trends and market developments
- Ability to use digital retail tools and CRM systems
- Ability to be mobile for extended periods and perform light lifting including 10 lbs regularly
- Willingness to climb ladders and follow operational procedures
