Client Advisor - Aventura

As a Client Advisor at Gucci Aventura, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, meeting their individual needs and expectations, and promoting the philosophy and values of the Gucci brand. You will create a branded, luxury client experience and act as a Gucci Ambassador.

• Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate excellent product knowledge.
• Drive individual KPI goals and ensure high-quality sales.
• Capture meaningful customer data for relationship building and client development.
• Maintain an organized client book and provide follow-up on sales or client requests.
• Discuss fashion trends and developments in the luxury market with clients.
• Work as a team player and contribute to a positive working environment.
• Maintain security standards and uphold visual display standards.
• Adhere to Gucci image standards and company policies.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, primarily on weekends.
• 1+ years of service-related work experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency with technology and additional languages a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
