Client Advisor - Aventura Mall

Summary

Join the new CELINE store opening at Aventura Mall as a Client Advisor, supporting sales and client relationship growth for a luxury leather-goods brand. You will focus on meeting individual and store sales targets, expanding and maintaining a client book, and delivering high-touch service. The role requires a proactive, service-oriented approach and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Use product knowledge to maximize sales, units per transaction, and transaction value
• Maintain and expand a client book and capture customer information in the database
• Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes and follow up on client-related shipping or alteration issues
• Assist with store housekeeping, image maintenance, shipping, receiving, and inventory control as requested

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years retail experience with a focus on sales; luxury retail preferred
• Computer literate and tech savvy with the ability to learn various software packages
• Service orientation with strong customer focus and desire to work in a retail sales environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Foreign language skills and an existing client book are a plus
