Responsibilities- Achieve all Client Advisor critical metrics and CRM requirements.
- Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
- Follow all store guidelines and adhere to store policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain client books and follow through with client concerns and inquiries.
- Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
- Participate in stocking/restocking of the store and maintain visual standards.
- Use POS system and other software accurately, updating customer database.
- Acquire product knowledge and keep up to date with company news and competition.
- Maintain a professional appearance and follow Fendi dress code and grooming standards.
- Perform regular store maintenance functions and assist in opening/closing the store.
- Participate in the training of new Client Advisors and prepare for monthly team meetings.
- Adhere to loss prevention standards and follow health and safety guidelines.
Requirements- Minimum 3 years of experience, luxury retail preferred.
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to use POS system and inventory management functions.
- RTW experience preferred and foreign language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to lift boxes up to 10lbs.
- Minimum High School Diploma required.
- Organizational skills and strong digital literacy required.
- Must have flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
