Contributes to store operations excellence by following retail procedures and supporting colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs through effective selling techniques
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships via outreach, appointments, and personalized follow-up
- Deliver brand storytelling and product knowledge to inspire and build client trust
- Support daily retail operations including inventory, cash handling, store opening and closing
- Use digital and CRM tools to manage client data and clienteling activities
- Execute visual merchandising, window animation, and product presentation standards
- Coordinate aftersales operations and follow through until return of product
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in luxury retail
- Passion and knowledge of watches, lifestyle trends, and technologies
- Fluent in English and local language; additional languages a plus
- Strong selling skills including discovery, presentation, upselling and closing
- Understanding of sales and clienteling KPIs
- Familiarity with retail digital tools and CRM systems
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented with high integrity
