Summary
A performance-driven salesperson responsible for achieving sales targets through expert selling techniques, client development and teamwork. Delivers memorable in-store experiences while leveraging omnichannel touchpoints and clienteling to grow the active client base. Contributes to boutique operations excellence by following retail procedures and supporting aftersales and visual merchandising activities.
Responsibilities
- Drive boutique sales and achieve individual KPIs through effective selling, upselling and closing techniques.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through outreach, appointments and personalized clienteling.
- Collect and leverage qualitative client data to tailor communications and grow business.
- Present brand story, product features and technical details to build trust and inspire clients.
- Support daily retail operations including inventory, cash handling, store opening/closing and internal controls.
- Use retail systems and tools (CEGID, Salesforce) and execute visual merchandising and window presentation.
- Coordinate aftersales processes until product return and ensure proper follow-up.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and represent the Maison in and outside the boutique.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury retail environment, preferably with watches or luxury goods.
- Knowledge of and passion for watches, lifestyle trends, technology and sports.
- Fluent in English and the local language; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong selling skills including client discovery, storytelling, handling objections and closing.
- Understanding of sales and clienteling KPIs (traffic, conversion, ASP, mix, outreach metrics).
- Familiarity with digital tools, clienteling platforms and front/back retail systems.
- Client-centric, energetic, self-motivated, team-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
