Client Advisor - Bal Harbour

Summary

The Client Advisor serves as a trusted brand ambassador, delivering excellent client service and achieving individual sales goals. The role builds meaningful client relationships through product expertise and a strategic, client-centered approach while contributing to boutique performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop lasting client relationships and provide outstanding service in person, by phone, and through electronic communication.
• Support floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and boutique housekeeping.
• Locate merchandise at other boutiques and process charge-send sales according to company guidelines.
• Organize assigned stock, participate in inventory counts, and follow procedures to protect boutique assets.
• Assist with packing or wrapping merchandise and follow store security procedures as needed.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
• Strong drive for business results and a passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Availability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to use necessary equipment, stand for extended periods, handle merchandise and fixtures, and lift at least 30 pounds.
