Client Advisor responsible for building and maintaining luxury client relationships at the Bal Harbour Shops location while achieving sales goals and upholding brand standards. Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales objectives.
- Provide outstanding personalized customer service and build lasting client relationships.
- Use CRM tools to collect customer data and manage a client book with regular contact and follow up.
- Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes.
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization according to company policy.
- Contribute to visual presentation and uphold brand image standards.
- Record customer information accurately in the database.
- Support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and general housekeeping tasks as requested.
- Address client issues including shipping and alterations promptly.
Requirements
- Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding individual and store targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational ability.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Team oriented with strong collaboration skills.
- High adaptability and ability to cater to diverse customer needs.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Foreign language knowledge is a plus.
