Summary

As a Bilingual Client Advisor you will embody the brand in every client interaction, delivering memorable service in English and Spanish. You will develop and deepen client relationships, drive repeat business, and consistently work to meet or exceed store commercial targets through personalized clienteling and elevated in-store experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experiences using the Tiffany Touch and personalized service during every interaction.
• Develop and cultivate new and existing client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat sales.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
• Capture and maintain accurate client data and leverage clienteling systems to grow outreach business.
• Convert clients through curiosity, discovery, and styling aligned to key product pillars.
• Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique in-store experiences and act on client feedback.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-focused roles such as hospitality.
• Proven track record of achieving commercial results and meeting sales targets.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems, client tracking tools, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the United States; college degree and additional language proficiency preferred.
