Summary

As a Client Advisor you will embody the brand in every client interaction and deliver elevated, personalized service to deepen client relationships and drive repeat sales. You will be responsible for creating memorable in-store experiences, exceeding commercial targets, and contributing to a clienteling culture. The role requires a passion for luxury retail, strong communication skills, and an entrepreneurial approach to growing your own business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat business.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
• Capture and manage client data, cultivate outreach and follow-up to grow sales.
• Deliver exceptional in-store experiences and personalized selling ceremonies.
• Convert appointments and walk-ins through curiosity, discovery, and styling.
• Support store hospitality, amenities, and act on client feedback to elevate service.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality roles with a proven commercial track record.
• Ability to connect with a diverse client base and deliver outstanding service.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, client tracking tools, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the United States; a college degree and multilingual ability are desirable.
