Summary
Provide luxury client service to drive sales and build long term relationships by delivering personalized experiences throughout the client journey. Represent the brand through styling, product knowledge, visual standards, and operational support within the boutique environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and clienteling activities.
- Deliver personalized Valentino Couture Service across all phases of the sale including preparation, presentation, closing and follow up.
- Use CRM tools to capture client data, execute reach out campaigns, and meet CRM and KPI targets.
- Curation and styling of looks informed by current fashion trends and client preferences.
- Maintain product knowledge and prepare for client appointments with appropriate merchandise.
- Support merchandise tasks including replenishment, returns, repairs and warehouse stock awareness.
- Partner with team to uphold visual presentation standards and assist visual team as needed.
- Operate POS and perform client transactions and operational tasks when required.
Requirements
- Previous luxury retail sales experience with a focus on clientele management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer proficiency with POS systems and MS Office programs.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Client focused, action oriented and results driven.
- Problem solving abilities and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
