Summary
Client Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional luxury retail service at the Las Vegas Crystals location, driving sales and building client relationships while supporting store operations and visual standards. The role focuses on using brand selling techniques and maintaining product knowledge to meet monthly goals and KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and key performance indicators through client outreach and appointments
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and selling techniques including cross-selling and upselling
- Develop new clients via appointments and consignments and inform clients of new collections and events
- Establish and maintain accurate client profile records and nurture long-term relationships
- Support store opening and closing procedures including cycle counts and light cleaning duties
- Maintain visual merchandising standards including presentation, signage, and lighting
- Continuously seek feedback and maintain a high level of product knowledge through training resources
- Comply with company policies and contribute to a respectful work environment
Requirements
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional polished appearance and team-oriented work ethic
- Availability to work closing shifts at least three times per week and specified weekend coverage
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages of 5-8 lbs regularly
