Client Advisor - Beverly Center

As a Client Advisor at Dolce & Gabbana Beverly Center, you will be the primary point of contact for delivering an exceptional client experience. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, provide personalized styling advice, and ensure a seamless shopping experience aligned with the brand’s luxury standards.

• Provide impeccable service to clients and act as a true ambassador of the brand.
• Tailor the client experience to exceed expectations while supporting the team.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of products and Dolce & Gabbana history.
• Proactively use clientele tools to achieve individual and store goals.
• Ensure qualitative monitoring and updating of CRM to build and retain client relationships.
• Source new clients using CRM tools and maintain long-term relationships with loyal clients.
• Oversee sales policies, objectives, and initiatives.
• Assist in merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor.

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in women's and men’s ready-to-wear.
