Summary

The Client Advisor delivers an exceptional luxury shopping experience while achieving individual and store sales goals. This role builds lasting client relationships, demonstrates strong product and brand knowledge, and supports the boutique's operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable, personalized service and represent the brand in accordance with its service expectations.
• Build and maintain client relationships using CRM and other clienteling tools, identify prospective clients, and support sales goals.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and knowledge of the brand's history and heritage.
• Support the sales ceremony, mentor team members, and contribute to smooth shop-floor operations.
• Assist with merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with women's and men's ready-to-wear.
