The Client Advisor serves as a trusted brand ambassador, delivering exceptional client service while achieving individual sales goals. The role builds meaningful client relationships through product expertise and a client-centric approach, contributing to boutique performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through in-person, phone, and electronic communication.
• Use product expertise and selling ceremonies to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales goals.
• Contribute to boutique performance and follow store security procedures, including securing the premises as needed.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
• Strong business drive and passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to operate store equipment, stand for extended periods, handle merchandise and fixtures, and lift at least 30 pounds.
