Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding client and after-sale service to all visitors and clients
• Identify client needs, build and maintain a robust client portfolio, and proactively reconnect with customers
• Drive individual sales performance to exceed sales and KPI goals with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Create personalized styling and looks for clients and communicate professionally
• Use available tools to optimize business opportunities and support front- and back-of-house teams
• Adhere to company policies and operational procedures

Requirements

• Experience in client-facing roles, preferably in fashion, accessories, or luxury hospitality
• Passion for fashion and ability to create personalized looks
• Business-minded, proactive, and entrepreneurial attitude
• Strong team spirit and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with technology and retail tools; adaptable to change
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and the local language; additional languages preferred
