Client Advisor - Boca Raton

As a Client Advisor at our Boca Raton Boutique, you will be a key ambassador for Dolce & Gabbana, providing impeccable service and tailoring the client experience to exceed expectations. You will support the team in ensuring a smooth sales process and demonstrate excellent product knowledge and understanding of the brand's history and heritage.

• Provide exceptional service to clients and act as a true ambassador of the brand.
• Tailor the client experience to exceed expectations and support the team on the shop floor.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
• Proactively use clientele tools to achieve individual and store goals.
• Ensure qualitative monitoring and updating of CRM to build and retain client relationships.
• Source new clients and maintain long-term relationships with loyal clients.
• Oversee sales policies, objectives, and initiatives.
• Assist in merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor.

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Women's and Men's Ready-To-Wear (RTW).
