The Client Advisor is a luxury retail salesperson who serves as a brand ambassador responsible for achieving sales objectives by building strong client relationships, delivering personalized service in-store and remotely, and promoting the brand through expert product knowledge and styling.
Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with clients to create a personalized and elevated shopping experience in-store and remotely.
- Drive individual and store sales by monitoring KPIs and using effective selling techniques including cross selling and upselling.
- Recruit and develop client base through relationship building and promoting virtual appointments and distance sales.
- Maintain accurate POS transactions and client records, and support store operations such as stock maintenance and inventories.
- Uphold visual merchandising standards and company grooming and operational policies.
- Use storytelling and product knowledge to guide clients and provide honest styling advice.
- Collaborate with team members, communicate constructively, and contribute to a client centric culture.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of luxury fashion sales experience with a strong track record of results.
- Proven ability to build lasting client relationships and exceed sales targets.
- High professionalism, integrity, and strong communication skills.
- Flexibility to work retail schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Deep knowledge of fashion and luxury and strong commercial awareness.
- Ability to adapt to different clients and fast moving environments.
- Work authorization to work in the United States.
