Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales objectives and goals
• Learn and master brand and product knowledge
• Advise clients across the brand and all product categories
• Develop long term relationships through clienteling tools and systems
• Act as an ambassador of the brand and deliver the Louis Vuitton promise
• Tailor client experiences to elevate impressions of the brand
• Contribute to team performance through strategic sales and commercial mindset

Requirements

• Previous retail experience preferably in high end or luxury market
• Strong customer centric background if luxury experience is not present
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to brand standards
• Willingness to learn and develop product and brand expertise
• Commercially driven with a focus on meeting sales goals
