Summary
Performance-driven sales professional responsible for increasing boutique sales and delivering memorable client experiences. Acts as a brand ambassador, develops long-term client relationships through clienteling and omnichannel approaches, and supports daily store operations and visual merchandising under management supervision.
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales and clienteling targets through outreach and appointments
- Deliver product presentations, storytelling, upselling, and close sales
- Support colleagues and collaborate on boutique sales initiatives
- Execute omnichannel client experiences across touchpoints
- Contribute to visual merchandising including window animation and product presentation
- Perform operational tasks such as inventory, cash handling, store opening and closing
- Coordinate aftersales operations until product return
- Use retail systems and tools to manage client data and sales processes
- Maintain professional grooming and represent the brand in and outside the boutique
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in luxury retail
- Knowledge or passion for watches, lifestyle trends, technology and sports
- Fluent in English and local language; additional language a plus
- Strong selling skills including discovery, presentation, objection handling and closing
- Understanding of sales KPIs such as traffic, conversion, ASP and sales mix
- Familiarity with clienteling and digital retail tools
- Team oriented, adaptable, self motivated and results focused
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
