- Take ownership of client concerns and ensure their resolution through innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to efficiently solve issues and enhance the overall client experience.
- Ensure accurate information and follow-up are entered into the system and relevant databases.
- Handle client complaints and challenging situations professionally.
Requirements- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English; French and/or Spanish are a plus.
- Proven sales and storytelling abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results according to agreed schedules.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Background in luxury retail is a plus.
- Strong interest in luxury fashion and awareness of current trends is a plus.
