Job Description

Summary

As a Real Time Analyst at Louis Vuitton's Client Service Center in Irving, Texas, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and profitability of operations by analyzing and administering operational performance in real time. You will utilize workforce management systems to optimize productivity and manage incoming and outbound phone, chat, and email volume, contributing to the achievement of service level goals through efficient headcount management.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and administer operational performance in the client service center on a real-time basis.
  • Utilize workforce management systems to ensure optimum productivity and results.
  • Manage incoming and outbound phone, chat, and email volume efficiently.
  • Contribute to consistently achieving service level goals through efficient headcount management.
  • Work autonomously in a dynamic and flourishing work environment.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) technology.
  • Experience with forecasting/scheduling software, preferably Calabrio & Genesys.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets with intermediate formula application and database software.
  • Working knowledge of workforce management scheduling software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
