Client Advisor - Client Services Center

Summary

The Client Advisor provides empathetic, high-quality service to clients through the Client Services Center in Jersey City. The role responds to individual client needs, resolves issues efficiently, and works to meet and exceed planned KPIs during a temporary holiday contract from early November to mid-January.

Responsibilities

• Listen and respond to clients' specific needs, resolving concerns efficiently and effectively.
• Meet and exceed planned KPIs while delivering best-in-class client service.
• Work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods.
• Attend required meetings and training sessions and prioritize competing tasks.

Requirements

• Previous luxury customer service experience, preferably in retail, hotels, or concierge businesses.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, strong sales negotiation skills, and a customer-first mindset.
• Motivated, adaptable, reliable, and able to multitask and prioritize.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; French and Mandarin are preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
