Client Advisor, Contact Center - Seasonal

Summary

Seasonal onsite Client Advisor based in the Parsippany contact center providing luxury, best-in-class client experiences and sales across phone, email, and live messaging channels. The role focuses on listening to client needs, delivering elevated verbal and written communication, and driving conversion through product storytelling and recommendations. This position is commission eligible and supports relationship building and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and conversion goals.
• Deliver elevated, positive client experiences across phone, email, and live messaging.
• Resolve client matters effectively and empathetically, escalating urgent issues as needed.
• Proactively recommend products and share brand storytelling to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Collect relevant client information to support long-term relationship building and ensure compliance with policies.

Requirements

• Sales experience with a client-first mindset and high energy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to use elevated language.
• Strong computer skills and ability to multitask across multiple software platforms and communication channels.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays; authorization to work in the United States for onsite work.
• Preferred: contact center or retail experience, luxury experience, and knowledge of the jewelry industry.
