Job Description

Summary

As a Client Advisor at our Contact Center in Parsippany, NJ, you will play a crucial role in supporting Tiffany clients by delivering luxury, best-in-class experiences and sales across multiple contact channels. Your passion for Tiffany's history and products will be conveyed in every conversation, helping to build long-term client loyalty.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Deliver elevated, positive, and high-energy client experiences aligned with Tiffany core brand values across phone, email, and live messaging channels.
  • Consistently provide luxury experiences to resolve client matters effectively and empathetically.
  • Escalate matters with urgency to ensure prompt and client-centric resolution.
  • Initiate proactive, elevated, and relevant product recommendations for clients.
  • Demonstrate brand awareness, storytelling, and product knowledge to drive conversion and satisfaction.
  • Build personal connections with clients and collect relevant information for long-term relationship building.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and processes.
  • Communicate with passion and authenticity using elevated verbal and written language.
Requirements
  • Sales experience.
  • Client-first mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High energy and passion.
  • Strong computer experience working on multiple software platforms.
  • Ability to multitask across phone, email, and live message platforms.
  • Flexibility to work a varied 5-day in-person schedule, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Authorization to work in the United States on site.
  • Preferred: Contact Center experience, preferably in retail, luxury experience, and knowledge of the jewelry industry.
