Client Advisor - Crystals

As a Client Advisor at Celine's boutique in Crystals, Las Vegas, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction in a luxury retail environment. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships and promoting store events.

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
• Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process to maximize sales and transaction value.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Capture and maintain relevant customer information in the database.
• Promote store events through various communication channels.
• Maintain and expand a client book with consistent follow-up.
• Assist with shipping, alterations, and other client-related issues.
• Support general housekeeping and store image maintenance.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

• 3+ years of experience in a retail setting, preferably with a client book.
• Strong desire to work in sales with a passion for luxury products.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use various software programs.
• Service-oriented with a strong customer focus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
