You will be responsible for mastering the client journey, building strong relationships, and delivering the Valentino Couture Service with excellence.

• Create strong long-term client relationships and engage proactively with existing and potential clients.
• Deliver impeccable Valentino Couture Service in every phase of the client journey.
• Implement personalized reach-out campaigns and utilize clienteling tools to complete CRM tasks.
• Achieve sales, KPIs, and CRM targets consistently.
• Stay informed about current fashion trends and curate looks for clients.
• Assist with sales and after-sales activities, ensuring product maintenance and replenishment.
• Partner with the team to ensure seamless store operations and uphold presentation standards.
• Use POS system for client transactions and execute operational tasks when needed.

• Previous luxury retail sales experience with a focus on clientele.
• Proven track record in achieving sales results.
• Exceptional customer relationship building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in operating retail POS systems and MS Office Programs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
