Act as the Gucci brand ambassador at the Wynn location delivering best in class service to achieve sales objectives by building deep client relationships and providing an elevated luxury experience both in store and remotely.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage clients to build strong relationships and deliver personalized service.
- Drive individual and store sales by monitoring KPIs and using effective selling techniques.
- Promote virtual appointments and distance sales to create selling opportunities.
- Use product knowledge and storytelling to advise clients and support styling decisions.
- Maintain accurate POS transactions and capture client information.
- Participate in store operations including stock maintenance and inventories.
- Uphold visual merchandising and grooming standards in line with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a client centric environment.
- Collect client preferences and local lifestyle insights to personalize service.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of luxury fashion sales or related customer service experience.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and client focus.
- Flexibility to work retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Deep knowledge of fashion trends and product expertise.
- Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment and adapt to clients.
