Summary
Temporary Client Advisor (Keyholder) responsible for delivering exceptional sales and service, supervising the sales floor as Client Experience Manager and Manager on Duty, coaching the team, and maintaining brand standards in a luxury retail environment at the Wynn.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients and deliver brand sales and service standards consistently
- Drive and exceed individual sales objectives and KPIs such as repurchase rate, UPT, and conversion
- Supervise the sales floor acting as CEM and floor manager
- Coach and mentor sales team members, sharing best practices and skills
- Capture and manage client information to personalize client development and outreach
- Conduct active client outreach including appointments follow up charge sends and phone sales
- Support visual merchandise presentation and inventory preparation and execution
- Collaborate with store teams and corporate representatives to maintain productivity and standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned to fulfill role requirements
Requirements
- 3 years minimum experience in sales roles within luxury fashion or retail
- Proven client service skills and a strong commercial mindset
- Experience in training and coaching others
- Proficient computer knowledge including MS Word Excel and Outlook
- Fluency in the local language and proficiency in English; additional languages a plus
- Ability to analyze business needs and communicate with senior leadership
- Ability to work in a fast moving dynamic environment with high flexibility
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
