Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding client and after-sale service to all visitors and clients
- Connect and reconnect with clients to identify needs and anticipate requests
- Cultivate and maintain a robust client portfolio to grow business
- Drive individual sales performance and meet KPI goals with a business mindset
- Create personalized and timeless client looks reflecting fashion expertise
- Communicate professionally and sincerely with clients and colleagues
- Use available tools and applications to optimize business opportunities
- Support front and back of house teams and contribute to team spirit
- Uphold company policies and operational procedures
Requirements
- Preferred experience in high quality client facing roles such as fashion retail or luxury hospitality
- Passion for fashion culture and ability to create personalized looks
- Business mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong team spirit and ability to achieve common goals
- Comfortable with tools and applications and ability to adapt to new technology
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask with priority management
- Proactive, passionate and problem solving attitude
- Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English; additional languages preferred
