Summary
The Senior Client Advisor will oversee the client advisor team in partnership with store leadership, drive sales and key performance indicators, and deliver a sophisticated, personalized client experience while supporting team development and upholding Maison standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the client advisor team to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Train new client advisors and provide ongoing development to existing team members
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration
- Provide outstanding client and after sale service to all visitors and clients
- Identify client needs, nurture relationships, and cultivate a client portfolio
- Drive performance to exceed sales and KPI goals with a business oriented approach
- Create personalized and timeless looks for clients and communicate professionally
- Use available tools to optimize business opportunities and support front and back of house teams
- Uphold company policies and operational procedures
Requirements
- Professional experience in fashion and accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality preferred
- Strong leadership and management skills with ability to motivate a team
- Passion for fashion and ability to create personalized looks
- Business mindset with entrepreneurial spirit and team centric attitude
- Comfortable with technology and learning new applications
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and solution oriented
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and local language
